The bodies of the Association include the Presidium, the Managing Board and the General Assembly.

The Presidium consists of one President and no more than four Vice-Presidents. They are elected by the Managing Board for a term of five years. The President represents the Association externally and chairs all its deliberations.
The Managing Board is appointed by the General Assembly for a term of five years to head and monitor management of the Association.
The General Assembly consists of the full members of the Association and takes place once every year.
